How to change Entry Number in purchase bill in Marg Software?

• Go to Transactions > Purchase > Modify Bill.

• A 'Modify' window will appears in which user will select the options as per the requirement i.e. bill number, bill date etc. 

• A 'Purchase as on' window will appears in which user will press 'Enter' on selected purchase bill.

• Now click on 'Modify'.

• Then press 'Left Arrow' key at the end of the items.

• In 'Entry No' field the user can change the entry number as per the requirement. 

• Suppose change the entry number from P000004 to  P000005

• A 'Want to change no' <SURE>' window will appear.

• The user will Type "SURE".

• Press 'Ctrl+W' .

• A 'Save Change' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Yes' to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can change the Entry Number of purchase bill in Marg Software.
