• Go to Transaction > Purchase > Modify Bill.

• A 'Modify' window will appear.

• In 'All-To' option, the user will mention from which date till which date bill needs to be view.

• Select other options as per the requirement.

• A 'Purchase As On' window will appear.

• Select the Bill which item tax needs to be change.

• Suppose select '27-10-2022 Cash Bill' and press 'Enter' key on it.

• Now, a 'Purchase Alteration' window will appear.

• The user will click on 'Modify'.

• In 'PCS' option, the user will press 'F2' key.

• An 'Item Levies' window will appear.

• Now, in 'SGST % & CGST %' option ,the user will mention the tax as per the requirement.

• suppose enter 6% CGST & SCGST.

• Now, the user will press 'Ctrl+W' key in order to save changes.

• A 'Save Changes' window will appear.

• The user will click on 'Yes'.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Item tax has Changed in Purchase Bill of Marg Software.
