How to resolve this issue, if the batch asks only in 2 digits while purchasing ?

In Marg ERP Software, if the batch asks only in 2 digits at the time of purchasing then this issue can be resolved.

In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.


  • Control Room window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

  • Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Multi Part”.
  • Click on ‘Accept’.

  • Multi Part window will appear.
  • In 'Batch/Size in multi parts in text [Length of ] last 1000 pict "1: 99 2: 99 3: 99" optionthe user will select 'N'.

  • The user will now press Esc key twice.

  • Then click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the character of batch field will get increased.
