Overview/Introduction to Extra Charges

Extra charges of goods, makes the goods for salable purpose or for transportation purpose.

With the help of Marg ERP software, user can easily mention the extra charges in the bill.

Process to Add Extra Charges(Freight, Cash Discount) in Purchase Bill

• Firstly, the user will Press 'Tab' key at the end of the selected item to save the purchase bill.

Note : To Mention the charges in the 'Other Head', user needs to save the bill only by pressing 'Tab' key. 

• Now the cursor will move on over the other head.

• Then press 'Space bar' to select the ledger of the expense. mention the amount of the expense.

• Now select the ledger of the expense.

• Suppose, select "Freight". Press Enter.

• Then enter the amount of the freight as per the requirement.

• Suppose, enter "100".

• Now Save Changes window will appear.

• Click on 'Yes' to save the changes.
