In Marg Software the user can auto generate the different tag numbers of the same item on the basis of qty by mentioning the first one of them.
Also, this option saves a lot of time for the user to feed each tag no. of the item manually and also reduce the chances of error while feeding it manually.

In order to Auto generate Tag No, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'One By One'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'One By One' window will appear.

• In 'All/One-By-One Batch Selection on Receive', the user will select 'O'.

• In 'Purchase ID/Tag No. Auto/ One By One', the user will select 'A'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• After following the above step, the software will be picked Tag Number automatically on the basis of qty at the time of creating purchase bill in Marg Software.

• Let's Create a Purchase Bill.

• Now, the user needs to mention the first Tag number as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention '10001'. Press 'Enter' key.

• Enter Qty as per the requirement.

• Suppose enter '5'. Press 'Enter' key.

• Now, the user can view the software will auto generate the tag number for next qty according to the first mentioned qty i.e. 10002.

• Keep pressing 'Enter' key.

• The user can view the software will get auto generated the tag number for all quantiles.

• Press 'ESC' key.

• Then press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Yes' to save the bill.
