If the quantity automatically gets changed at the time of creating the purchase bill, then how can we solve this issue in Marg Software?

Ans.1

If the quantity gets changed automatically at the time of creating the purchase bill, then this issue can be resolved.

Note:  Conversion must be defined in the item.

    Suppose mention qty '1.5' in purchase bill.

    • Now the qty will get changed.

    In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:

    • Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.


    • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
    • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

    • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Loose'.
    • Now click on ‘Accept’.

    • A 'Loose' window will appear.
    • In 'Ask Unit1 in Dicimal in Y-Return Brk./Exp A-All (Loose Calculation)' option, the user will select 'Y'.

    • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

    • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

    After following the above steps, the qty will not get changed automatically at the time of creating the purchase bill.

    1. Go to Master > MargSetup > Control Room. Press 'Enter'.

    2. A 'Control Room' window will appear > The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press 'Enter'.

    3. Then user will Search 'Loose' > Now click on ‘Accept’.

    4. A 'Loss' window will appear.

     5.In ‘Ask Unit1 in Dicimal in Y-Return Brk./Exp A-All (Loose Calculation)’, the user will select 'A'.

    5. The user will now press 'ESC' key twice > Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.
