In Marg Software, the user can easily sort the Purchase Bills of the selected date range on the basis of Party Name.

Suppose the four bills of 'Ranbaxy India Ltd.' has been created with Bill number 'P000006, P000015, P000016, P000017 respectively and the user needs to sort all the bills of 'Ranbaxy India Ltd.'.

In order to Index Party wise Bill, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Transactions > Purchase > Modify Bill .

• A 'Modify' window will appear .

• The user will select the options as per the Requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc.

• A 'Purchase As On' window will appear.

• The user will press 'F5' key.

• An 'Index On' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Party Name' and then press 'Enter' key.

After following the above steps, the user can view Bills will get indexed on the bases of Party Name on Purchase book window.
