In Marg Software the user can view Total Number of Items of particular Purchase Bill by two ways.

In order to view Total Number of Items, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Transactions > Purchase > Modify Bill.

• A 'Modify' window will appear.

• The will select the options as per the requirement i.e bill number, bill date etc.

• A 'Purchase As On' window will appear. 
• The user will select the bill in which total number of items needs to be viewed. 

Process 1. View Total number of items without entering into the bill.

• A 'Purchase Alteration' window will appear.
• The user can view Total number of items and Total Qty at the bottom of the screen (as shown in below image).
• Total Qty are '3' and Total Items are '2' in Sale Bill.
• Qty 3 (2).

Process 2.  View Total number of items after entering into the Bill.

• Click on 'Modify'.

• The user can view at the bottom of the bill Total number of items will get display.

After following the above steps, the user can view Total Number of Items of particular Purchase Bill in Marg Software.
