Cause:

While selecting Sundry Creditor Ledger Party Detail window appears when the ledger account group is selected in 'Cash In Hand'.

Solution:

The user needs to select 'Sundry Creditor' account group for the ledger.

• Go to Masters > Ledger Master > Ledger > Modify Ledger.

• The user will select the ledger in which the account group needs to be changed.
• Suppose select 'Ranbaxy' and press 'Enter' key.

• Now select 'Ledger Detail'.

• Click on 'Modify' button.

• In 'Account Group' option, the user will select 'No'.

• Select the account group 'Sundry Creditors (Suppliers)'.

• Press 'Ctrl+W' key to save changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Party detail window will not display while creating Purchase Bill of Party in Marg Software.
