In Marg ERP Software, if 'You are not authorized' alert appears while modify purchase order quantity, then this issue can be easily resolved.

In order to resolve 'You are not authorized to use this Option' while modifying purchase order quantity, the user needs to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Master > Marg Setup > Control Room. 

  • The user will select the 'Search in All' option.

  • The user will search 'Order Modify' and click on the 'Accept' button.

  • In 'Modification allowed in purchase order to Bill conversion' option, the user will select 'Y'.

  • Press 'Esc' key.

  • Click on 'Yes' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the 'You are not authorized to use this Option' error will not appear while modify purchase order quantity in Marg ERP Software.
