• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Increase Rate'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Increase Rate' window will appear.

• In 'Increase Rate with X%  Item to Item/Bill wise/No' option, the user will select 'I'.

• An 'Increase %' window will appear.

• The user will mention the percentage which needs to be increased in billing rate.

• Suppose user need to increase the rate by 10%.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Now the software will increase the rates of all items at the time of billing.

• Suppose user is creating a bill of 'A2Z pharmacy' and selecting an item i.e. 'Azmin Cap' then press 'Enter' key.

• The user can view that the sale rate of item is Rs 150.00
  

• Now the user will select on which rate i.e. A,B,C the sale of the product needs to be made.

• Suppose select 'Rate-A'.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the rate of the selected item will get increased i.e. 150 + 10% of Rate-A = Rs 165 .
