How to Set the Software to Increase Rate of All items by fixed percentage while billing in Marg ERP Software ?
In Marg ERP Software, the user can set the software to automatically increase the rate of all items by a specific percentage at the time of billing. This helps maintain consistent pricing, adapt to market changes, and allows the user to earn higher profits with minimal manual effort.
In order to know the process, the user needs to follow the given steps:
- Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.
- The user will select the 'Search in All' option.
- Then user will search 'Increase Rate' and click on the ‘Accept’ button.
- In 'Increase Rate with X% Item to Item/Bill wise/No' option, the user will select 'I'.
- The user will mention the percentage that needs to be increased in the billing rate.
- Suppose user need to increase the rate by 10%.
- Press 'Esc' key.
- Click on 'Yes' button.
- The software will increase the rates of all items at the time of billing.
- Suppose user is creating a bill of 'A2Z pharmacy' and selecting an item i.e., 'Azmin Cap', then press 'Enter' key.
- The user can view that the sale rate of item is Rs 150.00
- The user will select on which rate, i.e., A,B,C, the sale of the product needs to be made.
- Suppose select 'Rate-A'.
Now, the user can view that the rate of the selected item will get increased i.e.150 + 10% of Rate-A = Rs 165 .
After following the above steps, the user can increase the rate by a fixed percentage for all items in Marg ERP Software.
