How to Set Item according to Colour, Size and Design at the time of creating Purchase Bill in Garment Setup of Marg Software?

With the help of Marg Software, the user can set Item according to Colour, Size and Design at the time of creating Purchase Bill in Garment Setup.

In order to know about the process, the user must follow the below mentioned steps:

  • Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.


  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Batch'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Batch' window will appear.
  • In 'Batch/Size in multi parts in popups (Size, Colour, Design)' option, the user will select 'Y'.
  • In 'Fix Size, Colour, Design in Item master' option, the user will select 'Y'

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

  • Now, Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Item Master.

  • An 'Items' window will appear.
  • The user will press 'F3' key on the item in which color, size and design needs to be set.
  • Suppose select 'Saree'.

  • A 'Modify Product' window will appear.
  • In 'Size, Colour, Design' options, the user will select 'Yes' 

  • Now, Press 'Ctrl + W' key.
  • A 'Save Changes' window will appear where the user will select 'Yes'.

  • A 'Size' window will appear.
  • The user will select the size as per the requirement. Press 'Enter' key.
  • Suppose select '26'.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular size or Press Asterisk '*' to select All sizes. 

 

  • A 'Colour' Window will appear.
  • The user will select Colour as per the requirement. Press 'Enter' key.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular colour or Press Asterisk '*' to select All colours. 

  • A 'Design' Window will appear.
  • The user will select Design as per the requirement. Press 'Enter' key.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular design or Press Asterisk '*' to select All designs. 

After following the above process, the software will ask to set Item according to Color, Size and Design at the time of creating Purchase Bill in Garment Setup of Marg Software.
