• The user will select the 'Search in All' option.

• The user will search 'Batch' and click on the ‘Accept’ button.

• In 'Batch/Size in multi parts in popups (Size, Colour, Design)' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• In 'Fix Size, Colour, Design in Item master' option, the user will select 'Y'

• Press 'Esc' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Item Master.

• The user will press 'F3' key on the item in which colour, size and design need to be set.
• Suppose select 'Jeans'.

• In 'Size, Colour, Design' options, the user will select 'Yes' 

• Press 'Ctrl + W' key.

• Click on 'Yes' button.

• The user will select the size as per the requirement.
• Suppose select '33' and press 'Enter' key..

Note: The user will press 'Spacebar' or the Plus '+' key to select a particular size or press Asterisk '*' to select All sizes. 

• The user will select Colour as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Red' and press 'Enter' key.

Note: The user will press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular colour or Press Asterisk '*' to select All colours. 

• The user will select Design as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Slim' and press 'Enter' key.

Note: The user will press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular design or press Asterisk '*' to select All designs. 

After following the above steps, the user can view that the software will ask to set the item according to Colour, Size and Design while creating the Purchase Bill in Garment Setup of Marg ERP Software.
