Process to disable M.R. (Salesman) in Marg Software

OVERVIEW OF M.R. (SALESMAN) IN MARG SOFTWARE

• In Marg software the user can enable or disable the M.R in purchase bill which used to maintain the records of M.R.
• This option is used to analyse the purchase data on the basis of M.R.

PROCESS TO ENABLE M.R. (SALESMAN) IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear.in which the will Search 'M.R.'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'M.R.' window will appear.

• In ‘M.R. / Rout / Area wise reports required’ option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key.

• Again click on 'Search in All'.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Land cost'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Land Cost' window will appear.

• In ‘Land Cost B-ALL Y-Pur.Bill E-PerEnt P-PymtRcpt: A-Claim C/c-CashRet’ option, the user will select 'A'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save the changes.

In order to check the implementation of enabling M.R in purchase bill.

• Go to Master > Transaction > Purchase > Bill.
• At the time of creating purchase bill software will ask for M.R for particular bill.

PROCESS TO DISABLE M.R. (SALESMAN) IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Land cost'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Land Cost' window will appear.
• In ‘Land Cost B-ALL Y-Pur.Bill E-PerEnt P-PymtRcpt: A-Claim C/c-CashRet’ option, the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Then click on ‘Yes’ to Save the changes.

After following the above steps, the M.R. (Salesman) field will be disable from Purchase Bill in Marg Software.
