• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter.

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter

• A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search “Item Discount”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’

• An Item Discount window will appear.

• In ‘Item Discount Y-Both / P-Purchase /S-Sale’, the user will select ”N”.

• The user will now press Escape key twice.

•  Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

After saving the changes the users have to make the sale bill.

• Firstly,Go to Transactions > Sale > Bill.Press Enter.

• A Ledgers window will appear in which the user will select ledger and press enter on it.

• Then GST Invoice Entry window will appear in which user will select items.

• An Items window will appear.

• Select item and then press Enter on it.

• The user will feed quantity as per the requirement.

• Thereafter,when cursor will stop on blank line the user needs to press up arrow key.

• The user will press Enter 4 times.

• When the cursor stops at the Rate option the user have to feed the rate is equal to Zero as shown below.

• After feeding the sale rate Zero then the cursor stops at Amount option where users can feed the amount as shown below.

• A Save Changes window will appear.

• The user will click on 'Yes' to save changes.

By following the above steps the cursor will stop on amount in bill window.
