How to set the real Parties (Debtors in Sale & Creditors in Purchase) should be display at the time of creating Sale & Purchase Entry in Marg Software ?

In Marg Software, the user can set only the Debtors will display at the time of Sales Entry and Creditors will display at the time of Purchase Entry.

In order to set Real Parties for Sale and Purchase, the user need to follow the below steps:

  • Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. 

  • A 'Control Room' window will appear.
  • The user will select ‘Search in all’.

  • A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Real'.
  • Now click on ‘Accept’.

  • A 'Real' window will appear.
  • In 'Inventory Show 1-All 2-Real Parties (Debtors in Sales & Creditors in Purc)' option, the user will select '2'.

  • The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

  • Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the Real parties (Debtors in Sales & Creditors in Purchase) will get displayed while creating Sale & Purchase entry in Marg Software.

Suppose created Sale entry.

At the time of billing, the user needs to press 'F7' key on ledger window.
