Process to Disable Free Column at the time of Purchase Entry in Marg Software

OVERVIEW OF FREE AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE ENTRY MARG SOFTWARE

In Marg ERP software there is feature available to enable free quantity field in purchase bill. Which is used to attract customer towards the scheme and policies of the companies. This lead to increase sales , increase goodwill in market .

PROCESS TO ENABLE FREE COLUMN AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE ENTRY IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the will Search 'Free Required'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Free Required' window will appear.

• In 'Free Qty. Required on Purchase', the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

• After following the above steps, Free column will get enabled at the time of purchase entry in Marg Software.

PROCESS TO DISABLE FREE COLUMN AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE ENTRY IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the will Search 'Free required'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

After following the above steps, Free column will get disabled at the time of purchase entry in Marg Software.
