How to enable Approx Rate in Batch Detail window while in purchase Bill ?

Start software with Supervisor ID => Go to Master => Margsetup => Control Room => Search In All => Search
“Generate rates”.
Ask field to Calculate/Change Sales Rate-C=> Select that option as "Y" => press ENTER=> Save.
