How to pick last default quantity in purchase bill & sale bill on the basis of last purchase and sale to the party in Marg Software ?
In order to Pick last default quantity in purchase bill & sale bill on the basis of last purchase and sale to the party in Marg Software user needs to follow the below steps:
- Firstly, Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room. Press 'Enter'.
- A 'Control Room' window will appear.
- The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press 'Enter'.
- A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Last Pick'.
- Click on ‘Accept’
- A Last Pick window will appear
- In 'Quantity Last Issue/Receive in 1-Sale 2-Purchase 3-Both N-No' option, the user will select '3'.
- The user will now press 'Esc' key twice.
- Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.
After following the above steps software will auto pick that quantity which is sold to party in last.
- Suppose,we have sold 10 units of Amlogard 5MG' to 'Ahuja Medicine Centre' in bill no '0000010' and in next bill of same party software automatically picks the quantity as '10 unit' of same item which have been sold to that party in previous bill.
