• Firstly, the user will press 'Ctrl+J' on Purchase Entry window.

• A 'Switch Over' window will appear. Select 'Data Entry'.

• A 'Marg Erp 9+ Accounting' window will appear.

• The user will select Sale > Bill Wholesale > Modify.

Thereafter a 'Modify' window will appear in which the user will select the options as per the Requirement i.e. bill no, bill date etc. the press 'Enter' key on it.

In 'Bill Type', the user will select the options as per the requirement.

a. Retail: Select it to view only Retail Sale bills.

b. Wholesale: Select it to view only Wholesale bills.

c. All: Select it to view Both Retail and Wholesale Bills.

Suppose select 'Wholesale'.

• Then selected date all Wholesale entries will appear.

•  The user will modify Sale Bill (Wholesale/Retail) as per the requirement.
