In Marg Software, if the user needs to disable Approx Rate / With Deal / Without Deal option from Batch Detail window in Purchase Bill then it can be done easily.

In order to disable Approx Rate / With Deal / Without Deal option, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. 

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will search 'Approx Rate'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Approx Rate' window will appear.
• In 'Ask Margin to change Sales Rate-A', option the user will select 'N'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view Approx Rate / With Deal / Without Deal option from Batch Detail window will get disable in Purchase Bill in Marg Software.
