In Marg Software, the user can mention the Deal for Sale bill at the time of saving Purchase Bill. However if the user needs to disable description window it can be done easily.

In order to disable description window, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Ask Deal'.

• Click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Ask Deal' window will appear.

• In 'Purchase Free Deal Shift in Sale Deal on Bill Save A-Ask B-Auto X-No', option the user will select 'X'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save changes.

After following the above steps, the Description window will get disabled at the time of saving Purchase Bill.
