If the Land Cost does not add in Item Cost, then this issue can be resolved in Marg Software.

In order to resolve this issue, the user will follow the below steps:

• Firstly, On the Main screen of the software the user will press 'Alt+X' key.

• A 'List of Companies' window will appear. Press 'F3' key on the selected company.

• Suppose select 'Marg Erp LTD.'

• A 'Company Alteration' window will appear.

• In 'Stock Value' option, the user will select 'Last Purchase/Average Rate' as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Last Purchase'.

• Then press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the land cost will be added in cost of the item.

Purchase Rate: 100

Land Cost: 10

Item Cost should be 110.
