Purchase order provides the details of the items which the buyer agrees to purchase at a certain price .It also highlights the delivery date and terms of payment for the buyer. In Marg Software, the user can delete Purchase Order as per the requirement.

In order to delete purchase order, the user must follow the below mentioned steps:

• Go to Transactions > Purchase Order > Modify.

• A ‘Modify’ window will appear.

• In 'No.?' option, the user will mention Order No. to view particular purchase order.

• In 'Date-To' option, the user will mention from which date till which date order needs to view.

• Now, the user will press 'Enter' key.

• A ‘Purchase Order’ window will appear.

• The user will select entry as per the requirement which needs to delete.

• Suppose select 'OP000001' and press 'Enter' key on it.

• A 'Purchase Order Alteration' window will appear.

• The user will click on 'Delete'.

• A ‘Be careful!’ Dialogue box will appear.

• The user will click on 'Yes' to delete voucher.

After following the above steps, the selected Purchase Order will get deleted in Marg Software.
