In Marg ERP software there is an option for “last pick Rates”. This option is used to make the purchase bill faster and easier (i.e. if a user purchase an item of Rs 10 and again he purchase the same item of Rs 10 so there is no need for the user to feed the Purchase rate again in bill it will be automatically picked by the software). However, if the user wants to disable this Option and want to feed different Purchase rate in every bill then for that follow the given steps:

 Note: In the above image the Purchase Rate of the item is picked by the software automatically.

• Firstly, Go to Masters >> Marg Setups >> Control Room. Press Enter. 

• A Control Room window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’. Press Enter.

•  A Controls window will appear in which the user will Search“Last Rate”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A Last Rate window will appear.

• In ‘Pick Rate,Dis,Deal in Purchase Y-Last/Party last/N-Default/X-No)’ the user will set ‘N’.

• The user will now press Escape key twice. 

•  Then to save changes the user will click on ‘Yes’.

By following the above steps the user can disable last rate pick while purchase.
