In Marg Software, the user can implement various types of discounts like volume discount, discount on bill value, item discount etc. If the user needs to enable Item Discount in Retail Purchase Bill then it can be done easily.

In order to enable Item Discount in Retail Purchase Bill, the user needs to follow the given steps:

Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in All’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear where the user will Search 'Item Discount'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• An 'Item Discount' window will appear.

• In ‘Item Discount on Purchase (Retail)’, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice .



• Click on ‘Yes’ to Save changes.



After following the above steps, the user can view the Item Discount will get enabled in Retail Purchase Bill.
