In Marg Software, there is an option available to export the selected quotation in PDF and Excel format. This is used by the user to send copy of quotation to their customers in PDF or Excel format through mail or any other source.

In order to mail Quotation in Excel Format, the user needs to follow the below steps:

• Go to Transactions > Quotation > Modify.

• A ‘Modify’ window will appear.

• The user will select the Options as per the requirement like bill date, bill number etc.

• A 'Quotation As On' window will appear.

• The user will press 'F11' key on that entry which the user needs to be mail.

• An 'Email' window will appear.

• Click on 'Mail Softcopy'.

• Now, an 'Exported' Pop-up will appear.
  

After following the above steps, the user can mail Quotation in an Excel Format to Customers.
