How to export Quotation in PDF format in Marg Software ?

Ans.1

• Go to Transactions > Quotation > Modify.

• A ‘Modify’ Window will appear.

• The user will select the options as per the requirement like bill date, bill number etc. 

• A ‘Quotation As on’ window will appear.

• The user will press 'F11' key.

• An 'Email’ window will appear.

• Then click on 'Save Bill format in PDF'.

• A 'Save' window will appear.
• In 'File Name', the user will define the path to export the selected Quotation.

• The user will  click on ‘Accept’.

After following the above steps, the user can view that the Selected Quotation will get exported in PDF Format through Marg Software.
