In Marg Software, if the user needs to Ban a particular item company for the selected Area then it can be done easily. 

In order to Ban Item Company for selected Area, the user needs to follow the given steps:

• Go to Masters >  Prescription/Rate's > Company Special > Company v/s Area Ban.

• A 'Select Company' window will appear.
• The user will press 'Enter' key on a particular company that needs to be banned.
• Suppose select 'E.Merk PVT.LTD.'.

• A 'Selected Company V/S Area Ban' window will appear.
• The user will press '+' key or 'Enter' key on the selected Area that needs to be banned.
• Suppose select 'N.Delhi'.

• Now the user will press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps, the user view the Item company will get Ban for selected Area in Marg Software.
