• Go to Masters > Rate & Discount Master > Party Special > Item/Party Special Price.

• An 'Items' window will appear.

• Press 'Enter' on the selected item.

• Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot'

• Now all parties will appear. Press 'Enter'.

• In 'SPCL.Rate' field, mention the special rate according to the requirement.

• Suppose mention Rs 100 for 'A2z Pharmacy'.

• Now in 'SPCL.DISCOUNT', mention the discount % as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention 2% for 'A2Z pharmacy'.

• Similarly, the user can mention special rate and discount for all parties.

• Then press 'ESC' key to save the details.
  

After following the above steps, the user can view that software has auto picked the discount which was mentioned for the selected party.
