How to Change Item wise Special Rate and Discount for Multiple Parties in Marg Software ?
Ans.1
- Go to Masters > Rate & Discount Master > Party Special > Item/Party Special Price.
- An item window will appear. Press Enter on the selected items.
- Now all the Rates & Discount which have been mentioned in the software will appear.
- Now press F2 key to update the multiple Rates & Discount.
- Then a 'Change All' window will appear.
- In 'Change Disc %', the user will mention the New discount% .Suppose mention 5%.
- In 'If Disc %', the user will mention the Existing discount% .As mentioned 2%.
- In 'Change Rate', the user will mention the New Rate.Suppose mention Rs 100
- In 'If Rate', the user will mention the Existing Rate .As mentioned 80.
- Then type 'SURE'.
Now all the Rates & Discounts will get updated in the software.
