• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Company Rate'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Company Rate' window will appear.

• In 'Sales Rates From Company Master. If yes Type #7%' option, the user will type '#7%'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Now go to Masters > Rate & Discount Master > Company Special > Company General Discount.

• A 'Company Discount %' window will appear.

• Select the company  on which the Discount needs to be applied.

• Suppose select 'Paracetamol India'.

• Now select category as per the requirement i.e. Retailers, Distributors, Stockist and other.

• Suppose mention Discount '10%' for all categories. Then keep pressing 'Enter' key.

• Now dropdown to select the Rate will show.

• The user will select the rate to be load at the time of billing.

• Suppose select 'Purc. Rate'.

• Then press 'ESC' key to save .

Now the user will select 'Paracetamol' item of  'Paracetamol India' while billing.

After following the above steps, Discount and selected Rate will auto load while billing.
