In Marg ERP Software, if a user needs to ban a company from billing a selected party, this issue can be resolved by following the steps:

• Go to Masters > Rate & Discount Master > Party Special > Party wise Company Discount.

• Select the 'ledger' in which you need to ban the company.
• Suppose, select 'Ahuja Medicine'.

• In the next window, Select 'Company Discount'.

• Press 'Enter' on the Company Name that whom user needs to ban.
• Suppose, select 'E MERK PVT LTD'.

• In 'Ban' option the users select 'Yes'.
• Press the 'Esc' for save.

After following the above steps, the user can ban a company from billing for a selected party in the Marg ERP Software.
