In Marg ERP Software, the user can set Category Party Wise Margin. This feature allows defining specific profit margins for different parties based on item categories. It helps in accurate rate management, reduces manual errors during billing, ensures better margin control, and supports customized pricing strategies for different customer groups.

Process to Enable Category Party wise Margin in Marg ERP Software

  • Go to Master > Marg Setup > Control Room.

  • The user will select the 'Search in All' option.

  • The user will search 'Category Wise Party ' and click on ‘Accept’ button.

  • In 'Party wise Category wise Price List' option, the user will select 'Y'.

  • Press 'Esc' key.

  • Click on 'Yes' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view Category wise Party Price List option will get enabled in Marg ERP Software

Process to Set Category Party wise Margin in Marg ERP Software

  • Go to Rate & Discount Master > Company Special > Category wise Party Price List.

  • The user will select the category for which the margin needs to be set.
  • Suppose select 'Tablet' and press 'Enter' key.

  • Now, the user will select the party as per the requirement.
  • Suppose select 'A2Z Pharmacy' and press 'Enter' key.

  • Then user will select the rate on which the margin needs to be set.
  • Suppose select 'A-Rate'.

  • The user will enter the Margin as per the requirement.
  • Suppose enter '10%'.

After following the above steps, the user can set Category wise Party Margin in Marg ERP Software.
