In Marg ERP Software, the user can set the quantity wise Rate and Discount for selected item as per the requirement.

In order to set Quantity wise Rate & Discount, the user will follow the below steps:

• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’. Press Enter.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search “Qty Base”.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Qty Base' window will appear.

• In 'Rates/Deals/Disc/V.Disc change on Quantity Bases. If Yes Type #7%' option, the user will type '#7%'.

• The user will now press 'Esc' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

• Now go to Masters > Rate & Discount Master > Bill, Quantity & Other > Qty.wise Rate/Scheme.

• An alert of 'Selected Item' window will appear.

Yes:  Select if the user needs to set Rate & Discount for a particular item.

No: Select if the user needs to set Rate & Discount for all items.

• Suppose select 'Yes'.

• An 'Items' window will appear.

• Select item for which the Rate & Discount needs to be set.
• Suppose select 'Betnosol Tab.'.

• Now the user will mention Qty of the item.

• Suppose mention '10'.

• Enter Rate & Discount as per the requirement.

• Press 'ESC' key on it.

• Then click on 'Yes' to save the details.

After following the above steps, the software will pick the Rate & Discount according to the item qty at the time of billing.
