• Go to Masters > Rate & Discount Master > Price List > All Items.

• A 'General Price List' window will appear.

• The user will press 'Alt+P' key on it.

• A 'Price List' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Price List User Defined'.

• A 'Print Price List' window will appear.

• In 'Print Copies', the user will select '1' .

• In 'Index On', the user will select 'Rack+Name'.

• In 'Rack', the user will mention the characters up to which the Rack number needs to be printed.

• Suppose mention '5'.

• Now press 'Ctrl+W' key to save the details.

• In next window, the user will click on View/Print/Excel as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'View'.

After following the above steps, the user can view the price list with rack number in Marg Software.
