This option helps you to mention the special rate of the selected party i.e. if you need to mention the special rate of some items for the different parties, then it can be easily done:

• Go to Masters > Rate & Discount Master > Party Special > Party Price List > Selected Company/Item. Press Enter.

• From the Ledgers List, choose the ledger of your choice and press Enter on it.

• Suppose, select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

• Here, all the items that had been created in the software will appear.

• Select the item whose special rate needs to be mentioned and press Enter.

• Now mention the Net Rate of the item as per the requirement.

• Press Enter.

• Similarly the user can mention the special rates of all items.

• Press ESC key to save the changes.
