Process To Enable Suggested Items In Marg ERP Software

Suggested Items option in Marg ERP Software enables the user to increase sales by suggesting products according to the product demanded by the customer.

Suppose a customer purchases an item ‘Mobile’, then the user can suggest the products related to the item Mobile like Screen-guard, flip cover & phone case etc. for their purchase.

• Go to Masters > Marg Setups > Control Room.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• The user will search 'Suggest' and click on 'Accept' button.

• In 'Other items suggestion/issue with selected Item in Billing' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now, click on ‘Yes’ button to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can enable Suggested Item in Marg ERP Software.

Process To Set Suggested Item For An Item In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Masters > Rate and Discount Masters > Sale Booster's > Suggested Items.

• Now, the user will select the main item in which suggested item needs to be shown.
• Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot'.

• Now, the user will mention the quantity of the selected item.
• Suppose enter '1'.

• Again, the user will select the suggested item that needs to be shown.
• Suppose select 'Amifru 40'.

• Now, the user will mention the number of quantity of suggested item.

• In 'Type' option, the user will select the type of the selected item i.e. F-Free or P-Paid.
• Suppose select 'P'.

• The user will press 'ESC' key to save the details.

• Now, the user will create a Sale Bill with the Item 'Acnederm Lot'.

• Press 'Spacebar' key to select the item and then press 'F10' key to load in the bill.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Suggested Item will load in Marg ERP Software.
