• Go to Masters > Rate & Discount Master > Party Special > Party Price List > All Items. 

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear. 

• The user will select ledger and press Enter on it.

• Suppose, selects 'Ahuja Medicine Center'.

• A 'Special Rate for Selected Party' window will appear.

• Now, all the items that has been created in the software will appear.

• The user will enter on the selected item for which needs to define special rate.

• Suppose, select 'Amlogard 5MG' and define net rate as per the requirement.

the user will press 'ESC' key to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view the  Party wise Special Rate will get auto pick.
