• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Sale Bundle'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Sale Bundle' window will appear.

• In 'Sales Bundle Formula' option, the user will select 'S'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

PROCESS TO PRINT SALE BUNDLE FORMULA IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Now go to Masters > Marg Setups > Self Format.

• A 'Self Format' dialog box will appear. Enter the Password.

• A 'Formats' window will appear.

• The user will select 'Invoice Format- GUI'.

• An 'Invoice Format- GUI' window will appear.

• In ‘Format’, enter the name of the bill format.

• Suppose mention 'AC'.

• Now go to 'Page Settings'.

• A 'Page Setup' window will appear in which the user will click on 'Next'.

• An 'Invoice Format' window will appear.

• The user will search 'Bundle' and click on 'Accept'.

• An 'Invoice Format Bundle' window will appear.

• In 'Bill of Material (BOM)/Bundle Pack print from Column', the user will mention '1'. Press 'ESC' key thrice.

PROCESS TO CREATE SALE BUNDLE FORMULA IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Now user will Go to Master > Rate & Discount Master  > Sale Bundle Formula.

• The user will select Main Item for bundle formula. Press 'Enter' key.

• Suppose select 'Stationary Set'.

• A 'Bundle Pack Formula For' window will appear.

• In 'On Qty'., mention the main Item quantity. Press 'Enter' key.

• Suppose mention '1'.

• Then the user will select sub items in Formula.

• Suppose the user has selected 'Pen'. Press 'Enter' key.

• In 'Quantity', the user will mention the quantity of the product in bundle. 

• In 'Stock', the user will mention 'L' to less the qty of item from stock or set 'N' to not effect stock.

• In 'SNO', the user will mention the serial no. of the items.

• In 'Cost', the user will mention the cost of items as per the requirement.

• In 'Description', the name of item will show.

• Similarly, the user will select other sub items and press 'ESC' key to save the bundle .

PROCESS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF SALE BUNDLE FORMULA WHILE BILLING IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Now user will go to Transaction > Sale > Bill.

• The user will mention date as per the requirement.

• Now user will select the party Ledger as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

• Select the sale bundle formula Main item and mention quantity and press 'Enter' key.

• Suppose select 'Stationary Set' with qty. '1'.

• A 'Formula For' window will appear with all bundle items. Press 'ESC' key .

• Then the user will save bill from 'Tab' key .

• On Print window press 'F' key to preview all bundle Items in Bill Format.

After following the above steps, the bundle Items will be print in Bill Format.
