Focused items mean those items which the distributor, supplier, retailer or any other businessmen targets for sale due to their high demand and potential profitable margin. 

Process to Set Focussed item in Marg ERP Software

Billing Process

PROCESS TO SET FOCUSSED ITEM IN MARG ERP SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Rate and Discount Masters > Sale Booster's > Focussed Items. 

Note: In the chemist setup, the user can set the focused items through the given path: "Masters > Prescription/Rate's > Sales Booster's > Focused Items"        

• A Todays focused items window will appear.

• Press Enter on it.

• An 'Items' window will appear.

• Now the user will select the item which needs to be set in focussed item.

• Suppose, select 'Acnederm Lot'.

• Now, the user can enter the item remark as per the requirement.

• Suppose, enter 'High Profit'.

• Now, select 'Yes' in required field.

• Similarly the user can select the more items as per the requirement.

• Then press Esc key to save the changes.

BILLING PROCESS

• After following the above steps software will display the focussed item on the dashboard.

• Then select the item from the dashboard window by clicking on the item.

• Suppose, select 'Becosole'

• Select batch of the item.

• Now, the item will get loaded in the bill in which the user will enter item qty and other details as per the requirement.

• Press 'Ctrl+W' on it.

• Then click on 'Yes' to save the changes.
