OVERVIEW OF MY OWN SALES SCHEME’S IN MARG SOFTWARE

• In Marg Software the user can set Free Scheme Formula as per the requirement.

• With the help of My Own Sales Scheme option the user can predefined the Scheme according to the desired structure that will make the software to Auto Load the Scheme while Billing.

• My Own Sales Scheme makes the user to set formula for Each and Every Quantity as per the requirement.

PROCESS TO SET MY OWN SALES SCHEME’S IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Rate & Discount Master > My Own Sales Scheme's.

• A 'My Own Scheme Master' window will appear.

• In 'Deal' option the user will mention the Qty as per the required Scheme and press 'Enter' key.

• Suppose mention '10'.

• In 'Free' option the user will mention the Qty to be given as Free with '10' Qty and click on 'Okay'.

• Suppose mention '2'.

• Now in next Table the user will mention the Scheme for each Qty Between 1 to 10 as per the requirement.

• Suppose the user needs to define, if sale '5' Qty instead of 10 Qty then the customer will get '1' Qty as Free.

• In 'Scheme For' the user will mention '5' and press 'Enter' key.

• In 'Scheme' the user mention the Qty which needs to be given as Free.

• Suppose mention '1'.

• Similarly the user will define Scheme for Each Qty within the mentioned Deal of '10+2'.

• Click on 'Save'.

• Now the user will press 'ESC' key to exit from this window.

• An 'Are you sure to exit Deal & Scheme Master' alert will appear.

• Click on 'Yes'.

PROCESS TO SET SCHEME IN ITEM MASTER IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Inventory Master > Item Master.

• An 'Item' window will appear.

• The user will press 'Enter' key on the particular Item for which Deal needs to be set.

• Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot'.

• A 'Modify Product' window will appear.

• In 'Free Scheme < M >' the user will mention the Deal.

• Suppose mention '10+2'.

Note: If cursor not wait on 'Free Scheme < M >' option the user need to Enable Free Deal from Master.

• In 'Valid From' the user will select 'Whole Scheme'.

• Now the user will press 'Ctrl+W' key and click on 'Yes' to save the changes.

PROCESS TO LOAD SCHEME IN SALE BILL IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Transactions > Sale > Bill.

• A 'Sale Entry' window will appear.

• In 'Date' the user will mention the date on which entry needs to be created.

• Suppose mention '28-02-2023'.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.

• The user will select the Party for which Sale bill needs to be create.

• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

• Now the user will press 'Enter' key twice to open Item List.

• An 'Item List' window will appear.

• The user will select  the item for which Deal has been set and press 'Enter' key on it.

• Suppose select 'Acnederm Lot'.

• The user will mention the Qty as per the requirement.

• Suppose mention '10'.

• The user can view software has auto picked the Free Qty '2' as per the mentioned Deal.

• Now suppose the user mention Qty '8' for same item.

• The software will auto pick the free Qty '1.5' as mentioned in the Table of scheme.

• Thereafter a 'Free Scheme' Pop-up will appear where the user will click on 'Yes'.

Note: The Free Scheme Pop-up will only ask if Free Deal set in Decimal.

• The user will press 'Ctrl+W' key to and click on 'Save'.
