In Marg ERP Software, the user can ban the particular company's item for a party as per the requirement. In order to ban company wise item for a party, the user will follow the below steps:

• Go to Masters > Rate & Discount Master > Party Special > Party Price List > Selected Company/Item.

• A 'Ledgers' window will appear.

• The user will press 'Enter' key on that party for which the item needs to banned.

• Suppose select 'Ahuja Medicine Centre'.

• Then a 'Select Company' window will appear. 

• The user will select the Company whose Item Needs to be Ban. Press 'Enter' key.

Note: The user will Press 'Spacebar' or Plus '+' key to select a particular Company or Press Asterisk '*' to select All Companies. 

• Suppose select 'Elder India'.

• Now the user will select the item which the user needs to banned for the party.

• Then press 'Enter' key thrice.

• In 'Ban' option, the user will select 'Yes' by pressing 'Spacebar' key.

After following the above steps, the selected item will be banned for the party.
