Marg ERP Software has a provision to set the preferences for the mode of payment options. which facilitates the user to set the mode of payment options in a manner to meet its convenience.

In order to know the set Ledger Sequence, the user will follow the given steps:

• Go to Masters > Rates & Discount master > Mode of Payment.

• The user will press 'F2' key to add the ledger.

• The user will select the ledger as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Cash'.

• Now, the user will mention the preference number as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention '1' for the cash ledger.

• Similarly, the user can add multiple ledger and give preference number as per the requirement.
• Then, press 'ESC' key to save the changes.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Ledger Sequence will set on Mode of Payment window in Marg ERP Software.
