In Marg ERP Software, has a provision to set the preferences for the mode of payment options. which facilitates the user to set the mode of payment options in a manner to meets their convenience.

In order to set Ledger Sequence, the user needs to follow the given steps:

• Go to Masters > Rates & Discount master > Mode of Payment.

• Press 'F2' key to add ledger.

• The user will select the ledger as per the requirement.
• Suppose select 'Cash'.

• Now, the user will mention the preference number as per the requirement.
• Suppose mention '1' for the cash ledger.

• Similarly, the user can add multiple ledgers and give preference number as per the requirement and press 'Esc' key.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Ledger Sequence will be set on the Mode of Payment window in Marg ERP Software.
