In Marg ERP software there is provision to define party wise discounts but at the same time it seems difficult for you to set it for different parties one by one. So Marg software has a perfect solution for it, to copy the discount from one party and update the same in required parties created in the software.

• Go to Master > Rate and Discount Master >  Party Special > All Party General Discount.

• An All Party General Discount window will appear, the user will select that party from which the discounts needs to be copied.

• Suppose, select ''Ahuja Medicine Center'.

• Then press 'F6' function key on it.

• A ledgers window will appear to select that party to which all the discounts needs to be pasted. Press Enter.

• Suppose, select 'Anmol'.

• Now a Marg ERP alert of 'Sure want to Copy Discounts to' will appear, the user will select 'Yes' to confirm the copied discounts.

• A 'Discount Changes in Customer's' window will appear in which the user can view that party in which the discount has been copied.

• Click on 'Close'.

After following the above steps, general discount will get copied to selected party.
