• With the help of Marg ERP Software, the user can import rate of multiple items through excel at a single point of time.
• This saves the time of the customer as there is no needs to feed/update rate of each and every separate item in the software.

Steps To Import Item Rate From Excel In Marg ERP Software

• Go to Masters > Rate & Discount Master > Price List > Import From Excel.

• The user will select that location in which the excel sheet of the item's rate has been saved.
• Then click on ‘Select’ button.

• In 'Import From' option, the selected path will get automatically picked by the software.

• In the Excel sheet, the user can view that the data starts from line '2'.

• In ‘Data from line’ option, the user will enter ‘2’.

• In 'Item Search Base' option, the user will select the basis on which Rate needs to be imported.
• Suppose select 'Name'.

• In the excel sheet, the user can view that Item Name is in column D.

• Then, the user will enter ‘D’ in Excel Column field.

• In 'Replace' option, the user will select the Rate which needs to be imported.
• Suppose select 'A-Rate'.

• In the excel sheet, the user can view that Rate-A is in column 'M'.

• Then, the user will enter ‘M’ in Excel Column field.

• In 'Replace' option, the user will select the Rate that needs to be imported.
• Suppose select 'Purc. Rate'.

• In the Excel sheet, the user can view that Rate-A is in column 'N'.

• Then, the user will enter ‘N’ in Excel Column field.

• Similarly, the user can import other rates as per the requirement.

• Then, type 'SURE' and press 'Enter' key on it.

• Click on 'Accept' button.

After following the above steps, the user can view that Rate of the Items will get successfully imported in Marg ERP Software.
