• A 'Control Room' window will appear.

• The user will select ‘Search in all’.

• A 'Controls' window will appear in which the user will Search 'Scheme On Selected Item'.

• Now click on ‘Accept’.

• A 'Scheme On Selected Item' window will appear.

• In 'Scheme On My Selected Item' option, the user will select 'Y'.

• The user will now press 'ESC' key twice.

• Now click on ‘Yes’ to save the changes.

PROCESS OF SCHEME ON SELECTED ITEM IN MARG SOFTWARE

• Go to Masters > Rate & Discount Master > Bill, Date & Other > Scheme on Selected Items.

• An 'Other Item Scheme' window will appear where the user will press 'Enter' key.

A 'New Scheme' window will appear.

a. Name: The user will feed the name of the scheme.

b. From-To Date: The user will specify the date from which date to which date scheme needs to be available.

c. Priority: The user will set the priority of the scheme as per the requirement.

d. Type: The user will set the type of the scheme on which bases it should be generate, otherwise keep the option 'NO'.

e. Bill value: Theuser will set the bill value here for the scheme as per the requirement.

f. Time: The user will specify time from which time to which time scheme should be available.

g. Series: The user will set the series as per the requirement.

• Now the user will press 'Enter' key twice.

• An 'Item List' window will appear.

• The user will select the item for which Scheme needs to be set.

• Suppose select 'Colgate'.

• A 'Type' Column will appear.

• The user will select the type on which bases Scheme should be given.

• Suppose select 'QTY'.

• Now, 'On Qty/Amt: The user will set the quantity in which scheme will be given.

• Suppose select '4'.

• 'On Free/Amt: The user will set the free quantity which will be given.

• Suppose select '1'.

• An 'Item Description' Column will appear.

• The user will select option for free item description as per the requirement.

• Suppose select 'Selected item'.

• Now, An 'Item List' window will appear.

• The user will press 'Enter' key on the Item which will be given as Free in the scheme.

• Suppose Select 'Colgate Brush'.

• The user will press 'ESC' key and click on 'Yes' to save and exit.

• While creating sale bill, load item and Qty on which Scheme is applicable.

• The user will press 'END' key, a 'Load Schemes' window will appear.

• Select 'Yes'.

• After saving the bill a 'Scheme Loaded' window will appear.

• The user will press 'Ok'.

After following the above steps, the user can view Scheme will get set on Selected Item in Marg Software.
