• Go to Masters > Rate & Discount Master > Party Special > Party wise Company Discount

• A 'Ledgers' window will be appear.

• The user will select the ledger for which the item needs to be banned and press 'Enter' on it.

• Now press 'Enter' on the company which needs to be banned for the selected party.

• Suppose select 'E.Merk Pvt. Ltd.

• Now the user will press 'Space' bar key.

• Now the user will select 'Yes' and press 'ESC' key.

After following the above steps the items of selected company will get banned for the selected party.

Suppose the user is making the bill of 'Ahuja Medicine Center' and billing the item of company 'E-merk pvt ltd'.

Now the user can view that the software is not allowing to create the sale bill of selected item's company and showing an alert of 'Billing Ban For this party'
